Product Quality:

Qatar Steel FZE has gained a reputation as a manufacturer of superior quality products, designed to meet ECAS, DCL, CARES and other international product conformity standard requirements.

Our Management System meets the requirements of internationally recognized ISO standards and has obtained the following certifications:

• ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System
• ISO 14001:2015 Environment Management System
• ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety Management System
• CARES Sustainable Constructional Steel (SCS) and BRE BES 6001 Responsible Sourcing of construction products
• No incidents of non-compliance with regulations and/or voluntary codes concerning product and service information and labelling.

Product Traceability:

At Qatar Steel, we provide comprehensive product traceability, enabling customers to track the manufacturing history of every product we supply.

In our commitment to ensuring transparency, each rebar, rebar in coil, and wire rod produced by Qatar Steel is assigned a unique charge number. Mill Test Certificate (MTC) is issued upon dispatch, enabling customers to trace the production history of each product through its heat number. If requested, Qatar Steel also provides clients with Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS), which indicate how to safely handle the products. In addition, rebars and rebar in coil tags are supplied with a product tag featuring Static and Dynamic QR Codes. This complies with requirements set by CARES and contains complete product information, including chemical composition and mechanical test results.

By implementing these measures, we enable customers to confidently trace the origin and production history of our products, fostering transparency, trust, and compliance with industry standards.
