Qatar Steel conducted Communication Skills Program for its Qatari employees from 22nd to 23rd September 2019 at Grand Hyatt Hotel. The program provided participants with the practical tools and techniques required to enhance proficiency in business communication and develop a positive, polished, and professional image.

In an effort to inspire vision, develop commitment, and instill leadership skills to achieve outstanding performance, a leadership seminar was organized at the Learning & Development Auditorium of Qatar Steel. The seminar was delivered by Mr. Salah Ibrahim Babiker Karga, Advisor – MD & CEO’s office. With an ever-increasing younger and dynamic workforce entering and assuming prime roles in Qatar Steel, the seminar is expected to provide a comprehensive range of leadership skills that will help in the accelerating changes in the workplace for a better tomorrow.

Qatar Steel’s Managing Director and CEO Engr. Mohammed bin Nasser Al-Hajri, Chief Officers and other department managers bid farewell in honour of Mr. Mohammed Saleh Al-Mahdi (Manager – Administration Division) and Mr. Salah Ibrahim Babiker Karga (Advisor- MD & CEO’s Office) in a gathering held at Sheraton Hotel Doha on July 14, 2019. Eng. Mohammed bin Nasser Al-Hajri applauded Mr. Mohammed Saleh Al-Mahdi as one of the foremost leaders in Qatar Steel. Management remembered his dedication and sacrifice. He also expressed his appreciation for Mr. Salah Ibrahim Babiker Karga (Advisor- MD & CEO’s Office) for upholding the work ethics and commitment all throughout his career in Qatar Steel. The Chief Officers and the department managers thanked Mr. Mohammed Saleh Al-Mahdi and Mr. Salah Ibrahim Babiker Karga for their long dedicated services to Qatar Steel and wished then best of luck for their future endeavours.
