Instruction For Processing Gate Pass Application

Visiting party will have to send in advance, their clear passport copies including valid resident permit page for both Qatar Residents and GCC Residents or Qatar Business Visa to their respective contacts in the respective departments of QASCO. This should be sent at least two working days in normal cases and one working day in urgent cases (before 10:00 am).

Gate pass application will then be prepared by respective Departments (that serves as point of reference during the visit) using the MIC prescribed form. It will then be signed by the respective authorized signatory.

Gate passes which are approved and stamped by QASCO HESQ Dept will then be delivered to QASCO dormitory office (Tel. No. 477 2730) at Mesaieed. See the map on this Link.

Visiting Party representatives will have to pick up the gate pass applications from QASCO dormitory office on the date of the visit and take it personally to Mesaieed Industrial City (MIC) office for verification and approval after paying the prescribed fees.

Visitors will then have to proceed to QASCO Main Office through industrial area check post or Gate No.2.

Please Note:
Processing the gate pass application to MIC Office for verification and approval on the date of visit might result in delay due to long queues.
